Payment, Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we can provide a replacement or credit your account. Please note, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Goods must be returned in original packaging and resellable condition for a refund to be applied for the sale amount less the cost of freight and restocking fee. Custom made goods are non-returnable (e.g. custom signs and embroidery).
